Our service is designed to make journeys around the city comfortable, easy and safe. Journeys that are exceptionally long are not available.
If you're not sure whether your journey will be too long, open the app and put in your pick up point and your destination. The system will automatically calculate the journey length and if it's too long, a notification will pop up to tell you.
