Booking is very simple. Once you register in the Cabify app and have uploaded your documents, you will have two options to travel:
1-Entering the 'Drive' section, select the vehicle you want and press the 'Reserve' button.
2-Scanning the QR code that you will find on the vehicle.
3- Do I have to wear a helmet?
The use of a helmet is always mandatory when riding the vehicle. In the trunk you will find 2 cases; one size L and the other M. We appreciate you returning them to their place after the end of your trip.
Remember that you cannot drive while wearing headphones. We want your trips to remain safe!
How do I start the vehicle?
Once you select 'Start trip' in the app, you must remove the kickstand from the vehicle and press the green button on the handlebar.
