We will put you in touch with one of our agents by phone and tell you how to proceed.
In case the scooter or scooter is not in good condition: first of all, we are sorry for what happened. The quality of our service (and of our vehicles) is a key aspect.
In order to review it, we need you to inform us via the app. Go to the main menu, 'Help' > 'Scooters and motorbikes' > 'The vehicle was damaged' and one of our agents will contact you to deal with it.
