The driver didn’t follow the route given by the GPS

Our drivers follow the optimal route indicated by the GPS (Waze or Google Maps etc). However, the route can change depending on traffic and occasionally they might be able to take a better way than the one indicated.

Remember, since Cabify prices are calculated at the time of ordering, if the driver decides to take a different route it will not affect the price of your journey.
