The driver didn’t follow the route given by the GPS

Our drivers follow the optimal route indicated by the GPS (Waze or Google Maps etc). However, the route can change depending on traffic and occasionally they might be able to take a better way than the one indicated.

Remember, since Cabify prices are fixed on the optimal route, any deviations will not affect the price of your trip.

  • If you want to use a route that is not the most economical/direct, it is possible you could be charged extra. These charges will be explained to you via email after your trip.
