At Cabify our goal is to give you the best possible service. Therefore, if the driver has arrived at the point of origin and has started the journey without you being on board the vehicle, we ask that you please contact us as soon as possible to tell us what happened.
In addition, if this happens, one of these situations could also occur:
- That it was not you who requested the trip.
- That you have been charged for the trip by mistake.
- That you have been charged the cancellation price by mistake.
Whatever it is, contact us to tell us about it and, in case of erroneous charges, we will refund you.
