How can I rate a previous journey?

For Cabify it is very important to know how your experience has been traveling with us, for this we put at your disposal a service evaluation system that helps us improve it every day.

To assess a route you can do it in different ways:

  • Once your trip is over, we will show you a screen from where you can easily make your assessment.
    If you cannot make the assessment at that time, you can do it later by accessing from your travel history and selecting the route you want to assess.
  • Remember that you can value journeys up to 7 days after the service has been performed.

The assessment that you provide will be taken into account to reinforce good driver practices, as well as to work on any aspect that needs to be improved and to continue offering the best possible service.
