At Cabify, we aim to give you the best service possible. However, very occasionally, things can go wrong. In some situations, you may be entitled to a refund.
If you think this might be the case, please contact us, telling us about your situation, and we’ll refund you if appropriate. Here's how:
- Open the main menu and click on 'Journeys'.
- Select the journey you want to claim for.
- Select the 'Report a problem' option, located at the bottom of the screen.
- Click on 'Problem with a journey or charge'.
- Choose the relevant option.
- Fill in the required info and click on 'Continue'.
