How can I ask for a refund?

At Cabify, we aim to give you the best service possible. However, very occasionally, things can go wrong. In some situations, you may be entitled to a refund.

If you think this might be the case, please contact us, telling us about your situation, and we’ll refund you if appropriate. Here's how:

  • Open the main menu and click on 'Journeys'.
  • Select the journey you want to claim for.
  • Select the 'Report a problem' option, located at the bottom of the screen.
  • Click on 'Problem with a journey or charge'.
  • Choose the relevant option.
  • Fill in the required info and click on 'Continue'.
