If you think the driver pressed the ‘Pause’ button in error, please contact us and we’ll rectify the journey and refund any incorrect charges.
How does the ‘Pause’ button work?
Your driver has a ‘Pause’ button in case you want to make multiple stops in your journey. Pressing this will divide the journey into separate sections, and the price will be calculated accordingly. So a journey which includes two intermediary stops will be calculated as a journey from A-B, B-C and C-D.
The driver will press the pause button during any stops that you make on your journey, including when the stop does not involve a change of route. While the pause button is pressed, you will be charged waiting time.
