How can I contact Cabify?

We want you to have a quality experience with Cabify, and that doesn’t end the moment you arrive at your destination. If you have any problems or feedback, we’re right here ready to respond as soon as possible. Don’t be shy!

The easiest way to contact us is via the app:

  • Open the menu by pressing on your photo / person icon
  • Press ‘Help’
  • Select ‘I want to contact Cabify’
  • Choose the relevant options
  • If necessary, select the journey and explain the reason for contact.
  • Attach a file if necessary
  • Press ‘Submit’

You can also get in touch with us via the web:

  • Click 'Log in' in the top right corner and enter your details
  • Select ''Help'.
  • Choose the option that best fits your request
  • If necessary, select the journey and explain the reason for contact.
  • You can attach a file if necessary
  • Click 'Send.
