My driver was late for a reservation. What I can do?

If the driver arrives late to your reservation, either due to traffic conditions or for any other reason, contact us and we will evaluate how we can compensate you in the best possible way.

In addition, if the driver does not arrive at the reservation and you want to cancel it, we assume the error and we will refund the cost of the cancellation (if it has been applied).


In the event that your Cabify arrives with a delay greater than 10 minutes, we recommend you contact us so that we can review your case.
