Which discount will be applied if I have more than one active in my account?

If you have various discounts active in your account when you order a Cabify, the one which will expire the soonest will be applied. To find out the expiry date of your discount code, check out the conditions of use following these steps:

  • Open the app and click on your profile photo, located in the upper left corner.
  • Select the option 'Discount codes'.

There you will see the conditions of all the active discounts that you have.

Bank promotions will be applied directly to your account, as long as you choose the payment method corresponding to the bank's terms and conditions when requesting your rides. You won't see these discounts in the app. For more information on current promotions, you can visit this article.
