If you have a discount, you need to add it to your account for it to apply to your next journey.
Via the app:
- Open the menu by tapping on your profile picture in the top left corner.
- Tap on "Discount Codes'
- Access the menu by clicking on your profile picture, select 'Discount codes' and click 'Enter code'.
- If the discount code is valid, it will automatically apply to your next journey.
f you want to use a bank promotion, remember that you must choose the corresponding payment method before requesting your trip. For more information, you can visit this article.
Important
- If you have a valid discount, you'll see reduced price when you order the journey (with the original price crossed out).
- If you've entered an invitation code in order to receive a discount, remember that you need to add a valid payment method in order for the credit to appear in your balance.
- In 'Discount codes' you can see the T&Cs of your discount and its expiration date.
