I’ve been charged more than the estimated price

Our prices are fixed point-to-point. That means that the price you see when ordering the journey will be the one you pay, regardless of traffic. Of course, if this could change if you:

  • make changes to your journey
  • make a stop mid-journey
  • use up more than the courtesy waiting time
  • use a toll road that’s not included in the price
  • You requested a Group 0 Baby seat and were charged a supplement (Not available in Spain).

Bear in mind that some countries (Colombia, Chile, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Mexico, Panama, Peru and Portugal), our rates vary depending on the day and hour. Check out our fares page to see how our pricing works.

If you think you’ve been charged incorrectly, then please contact us and we will do our best to put it right as soon as possible. Please make sure you attach a download or screenshot of your receipt showing the relevant charge.
