Can the price change?

We give you a fixed price at the time of ordering, which means that it can only vary from the given estimate if:

  • You make changes to your journey
  • You make a stop mid-journey
  • You use up more than the courtesy waiting time
  • You use a toll road that’s not included in the price
  • You request a child seat that's not already included in the price.

To make sure the price estimate is reliable, we recommend checking that your pick up and drop off points are accurately marked on the map.

High demand surcharges in certain cities may alter prices. Please see "What is the surcharge that applies during periods of high demand?"
