What is the Delivery Management System and how does it work?

The Delivery Management System allows you to create, request and track your deliveries more easily. From there you can:

  1. Make shipments one by one or send several packages at the same time, which will allow you to optimize time and expenses.
  2. See the status of your deliveries in real time
  3. Have detailed information about the driver who is in charge of each delivery (type of vehicle, license plate, personal data, route)
  4. Review delivery confirmation

How does it work?

  1. Within the System, you will find the possibility of sending a package or several at the same time.
  • If you need to add other users who can manage shipments, access your invoices or check anything else related to your corporate account, access the Cabify Business platform (cabify.com/app)
  • If, on the other hand, you prefer to send several packages, you will find an Excel template for you to complete with the information of all the shipments you wish to manage. This option is ideal for managing mass mailings more efficiently.
  1. In both cases you must complete information such as: name, address and telephone number of the recipient, time and place of collection of the product, description of the product you are sending, among others.
  2. If any shipment presents errors in the data, the platform will alert you and you must correct the information in order to continue with the process.
  3. From the warehouse you can add one or more packages to a shipment, we take care of optimizing the most efficient route in terms of cost and delivery time.
  4. Packages added to the shipment will be displayed in the “Shipment Summary” panel at the bottom of the screen. Once you finish adding packages you just have to confirm your shipment.

How to manage your account?

  1. If you need to add other users who can manage shipments, access your invoices or check anything else related to your corporate account, access the Cabify Business platform (cabify.com/app)
  2. Remember that from there you can continue using the original tool to create shipments and request trips for your employees.
