After exiting the platforms and arriving at the main station concourse, you will see the RENFE ticket office:
- Take the exit on the left which is marked "Aparcamiento" (Parking).
- Once outside, head for the nearest zebra crossing and cross the first section.
- Your driver will be waiting for you on the next pavement.
