I’m worried someone might have gained access to my account. What can I do?

If you think somebody might have obtained the password to your Cabify account or somehow gained access to it, please change the password immediately.

Not sure how to? It’s easy:

  • Open the app and tap on your photo / person icon
  • Press ‘My account’
  • Press ‘My info’
  • Scroll all the way down and press ‘Edit Password’
  • Enter your current password and choose a new one.
  • Press the tick icon in the top right corner to activate your new password.

Once you have updated your Cabify account, do the same to the e-mail account associated to your profile. Make sure you create a safe password, and different than the one on your Cabify account.
