I’m worried someone might have gained access to my account. What can I do?

If you think somebody might have obtained the password to your Cabify account or somehow gained access to it, please change the password immediately.

Not sure how to? It’s easy:

  • Open the app and tap on your photo / person icon
  • Press ‘My account’
  • Press ‘My info’
  • Scroll all the way down and press ‘Edit Password’
  • Enter your current password and choose a new one.
  • Press the tick icon in the top right corner to activate your new password.

When you have updated your Cabify account password, do the same with the email account associated with your profile. Remember to establish a secure password that is different from the one associated with your Cabify account.
