If for some reason your Credit is not being applied to your rides, we can help you out.Before you start panicking, check that:
- The Credit switch is on:
When you request a trip and you have credit available, a green warning will appear if you have already activated the option to deduct it from the trip. And a blue warning if you must turn on the switch to use it.
- You have no other discounts applied:
Your Credit can’t be used in conjunction with any other discounts. This means the app will automatically select the best option for you. This may account for why it hasn’t been applied to your rides.
- You’re using your personal account:
Credit is only available for use through your private account.
- Your payment method is valid:
If your Credit card has expired or you haven’t yet entered a payment method, your Credit won’t be applied to your rides.
- You are requesting a ride with driver:
If you’re looking to rent a motorcycle or a car by the minute, you can’t benefit from this type of discount.
- If you received a Credit voucher, check that you’ve entered the code correctly and that it hasn’t expired:
To enter a company's Credit code, follow these steps:
Menu > Credit > Enter company code
To verify the expiration date, please contact the person who sent you the voucher.
