What is ‘Credit’ and how can I use it?

Credit is a balance you can use towards future rides with a driver. This way you pay less to get around!

There are several ways to obtain Credit:

  • Credit obtained from a company.
  • Credit obtained from travel*.
  • Credit obtained as compensation from customer service.

You can check your current Credit balance and transactions whenever you want in the ‘Credit’ section.

You can use Credit in conjunction with any payment method.

If you receive Credit via a code: You must add it to your personal account before the expiration date in order to redeem it. The company that issued you the code determines its expiration date. If you have any questions or issues, please contact them.

You can add as many Credit codes to your account as you wish and accrue them.
Follow these steps:

Menu > Credit > Enter company code

If your Credit has been generated from travel*:
You don’t need to add any codes to your account! The discount will be automatically applied to the fare when you request a ride with driver. Please keep in mind that the Credit you have generated from travel has an expiration date. You can consult the expiration date in the ‘Credit’ section of your menu.
If your credit has been issued by customer service:

You won't have to do anything. One of our agents will ensure your compensation is automatically added to your credit balance.

Please note that your accumulated credit has an expiration date, so use it to travel before it expires!

The way in which your credit will be deducted depends on how you have obtained it: first the one obtained from a company code will be used up, then the one generated with your trips and finally the one received from customer service.

Credit on or off? Select when to use your Credit at the flick of a switch.
When you order a trip and you have credit available, a message will appear next to your payment method.

  • In green: if the switch is turned on and the discount option is already active.
  • In blue: if you must turn on the switch to use it.

If the Credit switch is on, your Credit balance will be used as payment method for every ride you take (unless the ride fare is less than your Credit balance, of course).

If you don’t want to use your Credit, simply flick the switch to off. This means that you’ll continue to accrue Credit. Simply flick the switch back to the on position whenever you want to use it.
