Why don't I see my Cabify Club discount applied?
Some of these discounts need to be activated to be used. You can do it from the app, in the 'Cabify Club' section, under the 'Discounts' tab.
It could also be due to one of these possibilities:
⦁ If it's a discount through a payment method, please, note that sometimes you'll see the discount already applied to the trip price, or you'll receive the refund directly to your bank account or card.
⦁ Perhaps another discount from those available is being applied. In this case, the app will prioritize the one with the highest value. So, you'll already be enjoying savings on your next RIDE!
⦁ Each discount has special conditions for use (such as specific days of the week). You can find them in the terms and conditions of each one.
⦁ The discount may no longer be available at your level or in your country.
