Why have I dropped a level even though I've traveled?

You will only level up if you complete the monthly travel and delivery challenge indicated in the 'Cabify Club' section of your app menu. 

Each level has a different challenge! And you can level up multiple levels in a single month. You can see your progress in the app and find out how many trips or deliveries you need to reach each level.

If you have completed it, keep in mind that your level change will occur at the beginning of the following month: this means that if you move up a level during the month of April, you will enjoy your new benefits in May. 

I completed the travel and delivery challenge but didn't level up

If you complete the monthly travel or delivery challenge and don't see your new level in the app, it may be because the change only takes effect at the beginning of each month, based on the number of trips you completed the previous month. 

For example: if you are at the Bronze level and complete the challenge on the 20th of the month, you will see that you have leveled up at the beginning of the following month. From that date, you will be able to enjoy your new benefits.

If you see that it still hasn't updated after a few days, it might be due to an error. You can contact us so we can help you resolve it.

If you're in Spain, please note that trips on motorcycles or WiBLE won't count towards leveling up.
