Find your driver:

Terminal 1

Hall 1 (International Arrivals):

Exit the baggage claim hall and head right, through the terminal lobby without exiting onto the street.
When you reach the pharmacy, go out the door to the street.
Cross the zebra crossing. When you reach the VIP car park, access the elevator and go up to the first floor.
At the end of the car park, you will find your Cabify in the VTC parking spaces, marked in red.

Hall 2:

Exit the baggage claim area and head to the street through the door directly opposite the hall.
Cross the zebra crossing. When you reach the VIP car park, access the elevator and go up to the first floor.
At the end of the car park you will find your Cabify in the VTC parking spaces, marked in red.

P2 Express Parking

Exit the baggage claim hall and head to the left.
Walk through the lobby following the signs to T1.
When you reach Gate 20, go out onto the street.
Cross the zebra crossing.
Walk to the left towards P2 Parking Express. You´ve reached the Pick Up Point.
Remember that you can contact your driver by phone or chat. Waiting time free of charge: 5 minutes.

P2 Express Parking

Exit the baggage claim hall and head to the left.
Walk through the lobby following the signs to T1.
When you reach Gate 20, go out onto the street.
Cross the zebra crossing.
Walk to the left towards P2 Parking Express. You´ve reached the Pick Up Point.
Remember that you can contact your driver by phone or chat. Waiting time free of charge: 5 minutes.

Please Note: The passenger pick-up point at T4 is on floor 4, module D of the terminal car park.

How to access Module D:

Exit the baggage reclaim hall and via the ramp on the right, go to Floor 1.
On floor 1, cross the corridor to the end of the hall towards the parking lot.
Turn right and follow the signs to Module D.
Once you're at the module D elevator, go up to the 4th floor to reach the parking lot.
Your Cabify will be waiting for you in the VTC parking spaces (aka. ride-hailing cars).

What if you order the Taxi category?

If you use our app to order a taxi, you'll find it in the official pick-up areas for taxis:

T1: You will find your taxi just outside the terminal exit, after crossing the pedestrian crossing (next to AVIS reception).
T2: The taxi you have requested will be in the 'Parking Express' area, which you will find on the left-hand side of the terminal, after the pedestrian crossing.
T3: The taxi you have requested will be in the 'Parking Express' area, which you will find on the left-hand side of the terminal, after the pedestrian crossing.
T4: Exit the baggage reclaim hall and head outside. Cross the zebra crossing and follow the signs to bus Terminal 1. When you arrive, your taxi will be waiting there for you.
