What do I do if I have a problem with a charge or payment?

We are sorry to hear that you had such a problem. Let us know via the app. Go to the main menu, 'Help' > 'Scooters and motorbikes' > 'Problem with a charge' and one of our agents will contact you by email to solve it as soon as possible.
