If I have a problem with the service, will Cabify solve it for me?

The user will be able to solve any incident that occurs before, during or after the requested trip through the Cabify app, which will put them in contact with WiBLE when necessary.

For cases that are not an emergency, the user can open an incident through a ticket through the app.

In case of emergency, through the help menu of the Cabify app you can find the information of the Wible call center.
