Cabify Business: Why doesn't the total price in my invoice match my online report?

99% of the time, the amount shown in your reports on the web will match the total price shown in your invoice. However, very occasionally, it can differ. Why?

It's because reports are based on your previous journeys, while invoices are based on the receipts issued for those journeys. Therefore, if a passenger reports a problem and we issue a new journey receipt with a new value, your invoice will reflect this change but your online report may not.

When this happens, the correct amount will be the one shown in the invoice, so that's the one you should take into account.
