How can I rate a previous journey?

Once a journey finishes, you have two hours to rate the service.

Your rating will be taken into account in order to work with the driver on aspects to be improved and to continue offering you the best possible service.

Alternatively, contact us by selecting 'I have a problem' and explain what went wrong. Be sure to include the journey information so that we can check which driver you had. We will look into your case and contact you as soon as possible.
