Do I have to pay if I cancel a journey?
We understand that plans change, so we try to give you as much flexibility as possible before charging you for cancellations.
However, in certain situations we do need to charge you:
- If you cancel a journey several minutes after you’ve been assigned a driver
- If you cancel a reservation too close to the pick up time
