What can I do if my Cabify took me to the wrong place?

If your driver takes you to the wrong place and you realise while you're still in the car, don’t worry, you just need to tell them and they will take you to the correct drop off point. This variation in the journey won’t bring any additional cost, as long as the point you direct the driver to is the same one you specified when ordering your Cabify.

In the event that your driver drops you at the wrong place and drives away before you realise, please contact us to tell us what has happened. We will investigate, and get back to you as soon as possible, refunding your journey price if appropriate.
