My driver didn’t seem to know their way around the city

All our drivers go through a training course and are examined on their knowledge of the city. However, everybody makes mistakes and there could be an occasion where a driver doesn’t take the best possible route. The good news is that since Cabify prices are fixed on the optimal route, this will not affect the price of your trip.

Remember, you have the chance to rate your driver at the end of your journey, so be sure to give us your feedback that way and we’ll act on it if necessary.
