My driver arrived late for my reservation. What can I do?

In the rare event that your driver arrives more than 15 minutes late please contact us with all the relevant details and we will evaluate if you’re eligible for compensation of some kind.

Likewise, If your driver doesn’t arrive in time for your reservation and you cancel the journey, we will refund you any cancellation charges, and if appropriate, compensate you with account credit.
