I can’t log in to my account. What can I do?

If you have problems when logging in, it can be for different reasons:

  • The password you are entering may be incorrect. Click on the option 'I have forgotten my password' that is displayed on the initial screen of the application and we will send you a link to generate a new one.
  • It can also be due to a failure in your Internet connection. Make sure you are online and try again.

If despite all this you still cannot access your account, contact us and we will help you solve the problem as quickly as possible.
