How can I see my available balance?

You can check your available balance whenever you want through the app and the web. Just follow these simple steps:

  • Via the app:
    • Open the menu by tapping on your profile picture.
    • Select 'Promotions'.
    • Select 'My credit’.
    • And that's it! You’ll see your available balance.


To use the credit, simply order a Cabify and the amount will be automatically deducted from the price at the end of your ride.

Remember that the credit expires 3 months after adding it to your account.
