Can I add a payment method that is already being used for two other accounts?
For your security, it’s not possible to use a payment method that is already registered to two other accounts.
What you can do is share your account with as many users as you like: family members, friends or colleagues, it’s up to you. In this way, you can pay for their journeys.
If you want to add a new user to your account, follow these simple steps:
- Log in via the website.
- Select ‘Account’ on the left of the screen and go down to the ‘Users’ section
- Select ‘add user’
- Fill in the information for the new user and remember to hit 'Save'.
To pay for this new user’s journeys, go to the section ‘Payment details’. Where you see your current card details, select ‘Edit’ and choose ‘shared with company’ from the drop-down menu. If the new user does not introduce their own payment method, their journeys will automatically be charged to this card.
