How can I cancel a journey?

Once you’ve ordered a Cabify, you can always cancel it via the app or the website. How to cancel depends on whether it’s an ASAP order or a reservation. Please remember, if too much time has passed or (for reservations) it’s too close to pick up time, you may be charged.

How to cancel an ASAP order:

    • Via the app: press ‘Cancel journey’ found at the bottom of your screen.
    • Via the web: Log in to your account and select ‘Journeys’, found on the top left of the screen. Then select ‘Active journeys’ and select the journey you’d like to cancel.

How to cancel a reservation:

Via the app:

  • Open the left side menu (by tapping your photo/person icon)
  • Select ‘Active reservations’
  • Choose the reservation that you want to cancel and press ‘Cancel reservation.’

Via the website

  • Log in via our website
  • Go to ‘Your rides’ on the left hand side and select ‘Reserved journeys’
  • Select the reservation you need to cancel and press ‘Cancel reservation’

How can I see my reservations?

You can quickly and easily check the Cabify reservations you have active.

Via the app:

  • Open the left side menu (by tapping your photo/person icon)
  • Select ‘Active reservations’.
  • You'll see your upcoming reservations .

Via the website

  • Log in via our website
  • Go to ‘Your rides’ on the left hand side and select ‘Reserved journeys’.
  • You'll see your upcoming reservations.
