Cabify Business: I’m a client and I would like to receive invoices
Our Cabify for Business web platform makes managing your account easy. If invoicing is available*, you’ll just need to provide us with your financial details:
- Log in via our website.
- Select ‘Billing’ and then choose the 'Invoices' tab.
- Press 'Start' and enter your business details.
- Press 'Confirm'.
Once you've completed the process, you'll start receiving invoices on the first day of each month. If you need the invoices from journeys made before you included your financial details, you can do so through this link. If you’re a Cabify for Business user, you can request to receive invoices every 7 or 15 days by contacting your Cabify account manager.
*Our invoicing system depends on which country your account is registered in. To find out if your country offers invoicing, see 'Can I receive my invoices via email?'.
Additional regional information:
Once you register as a business we will send you invoices for all future journeys but unfortunately we're not able to provide you with invoices for journeys made before that moment.
