I’ve forgotten my password. How can I retrieve it?

Don't worry, it happens to the best of us!

 

You can easily change your password from the app by following the steps below:

  1. Go to login and enter your phone number. We will send an SMS to verify the validity of the number. Then enter the email associated with your account.
  2. When you are asked to enter the password, click on 'I have forgotten my password' and we will send you a code to the indicated email address.
  3. Enter the 6-digit code submitted to validate that the email address is valid.
  4. And finally we will ask you to create a new password.

 

If you are entering through our website, click here. Just write your email and then, on the screen to enter the password, click on the option 'Forgot your password?' and follow the instructions that we indicate.
